Teaching is on-site and classroom based
You will require a warehouse coat work trousers and laced safety footwear which can be purchased on our website along with reference books and stationery. You will be sent a full list of materials and equipment prior to enrolment.
You will complete practical assessments at your own speed ending the year with a practical timed assessment. Theory assessment will be completed through online tests.The course is summative assessed by a practical assignment and final on-line test.
On successful completion of this course you can progress to Construction or Electrical Power Engineering degrees at university. You could also progress to job roles such as an Installation Electrician or Maintenance Electrician Apprentice or you could undertake a Construction Maintenance Apprenticeship.
